We can iterate on clients' existing formulas or develop new formulations based upon problems our clients observe in the markets they serve. For example, based on a client request for a simple, single charge solution, we designed a product that seals and carries diagnostic dye in a single charge, with the dye readable and the sealant intact.

We package to meet client needs, including drums, pails, bottles, syringes, pouches, cans and private-label packaging. Formats vary by formulation, market, regulatory requirements, and customer specification.
Defined, documented procedures for raw materials and finished product, each tested against its agreed specification.
SDS, labels, packing lists, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin according to product, market, and shipment.
Every batch moves through a controlled sequence from formula to release.
Process
We use precision metering and fine filtration, controlled blending, filling, and finishing. We produce in liquid, gel, paste, and non-liquid formats, and low-volume projects are run on the same process as full production.
Where needed, production can be handled under a nitrogen atmosphere. Inert-gas blanketing and purge can be maintained during relevant stages to minimize atmospheric exposure.
