A chemical shipment moves through freight forwarders, customs brokers, and authorities at both ends of the route. Each of them checks the documentation, and one mismatch, between two documents or between a document and the goods, is enough to hold a shipment. We prepare the full set to avoid issues: SDS, label, invoice, certificate of origin, and customs classification all describe one product, consistent with what ships.

Every lot is tested against its specification before release. A lot that does not meet it does not ship. Moisture-sensitive formulations are produced under an inert-gas blanket that controls moisture levels during production.
Documentation is provided where appropriate and varies by product, country, and shipment.
