Controlled formula & bill of materials
Each formulation is held in the master formula database under revision control and produced against an approved bill of materials.
How we work
Every batch moves through the same controlled sequence. It is how we make sure that what we ship matches what was specified, lot after lot.

Production & QC flow
Distilled from Proxima's internal production and quality-control procedures. Client, product, raw-material, and numeric-limit specifics are intentionally omitted for confidentiality.
Controlled sequence
Each formulation is held in the master formula database under revision control and produced against an approved bill of materials.
Each batch receives a unique lot number recording supplier lots and the actual mass of every raw material used.
Equipment is verified clean before each batch. Moisture-sensitive formulations are handled under inert-gas blanketing.
Raw materials are added with no substitution without engineering approval, then blended to a homogeneous state.
A quality-control sample is drawn at the defined process point and sealed for testing and retention.
Finished product is tested against defined acceptance criteria, including moisture reported in PPM and formula tolerances.
Any lot outside acceptance criteria is quarantined. Out-of-specification results trigger documented investigation and corrective action.
Only Quality Control authorizes release, after every acceptance criterion has been met.
A sealed retention sample is held for every lot for a minimum of three years, with the production record.
Changes to materials, methods, equipment, tests, packaging, or manufacturing location require approval and customer notification where applicable.
We will help define the controlled path to a released, documented lot.
