Quality & documentation

Documentation is part of the work, not an afterthought.

Quality and documentation are the foundation of trust with clients, suppliers, brokers, and customs agents.

Quality discipline

Tested against customer-specific requirements.

Quality control follows defined procedures for raw materials and finished product, based on each customer's specified requirements. Each shipment is checked against those requirements before release.

A Certificate of Analysis is available for each lot, confirming that its critical properties meet the defined acceptance criteria. Retention samples and batch traceability are maintained for every lot.

Common QC testing includes PPM moisture, UV/VIS, FTIR, fluorimetry, TAN, pH, density, appearance, and production data analysis, supported by qualified external laboratories where appropriate.

PER LOT

Certificate of Analysis

Critical properties confirmed against the specification agreed for each product.

CONTROLLED

Retention & traceability

A sealed retention sample and production record are maintained for each lot.

DEFINED

Release criteria

Finished product is released only after the defined acceptance criteria have been met.
